One-on-one or two-on-one workout sessions tailored to your needs and goals. Our boutique gym is located just two blocks from Central Washington University, equipped with a multi-functional squat rack, dumbbells, TRX, a treadmill, kettlebells, a cable machine, and so much more.
Just a one-hour session once a week will help you feel stronger, but you’re welcome to come as often as you’d like!
Online Personal Training
If coming to the studio is out of the question, don’t worry! You can still receive all the benefits of having a personal fitness coach from wherever you are. With a single phone consultation, Andy can better understand your life and the tools you have to work with. Then, Home Performance Fitness will develop a program that fits your lifestyle and the tools you have at home, even if you only have a yoga mat.

Tests can be purchased without personal training sessions, and results will be sent right to your phone after analyzing them with Andy.
