How much does personal training cost?
The more sessions you purchase, the more cost effective our services are. Contact us to learn more about our rates.
How long are personal training sessions?
Each workout is typically one hour, and includes a warm-up, strength training, a cool down, and stretching.
How often are the personal training sessions?
It’s up to you! If you’re on a budget, we can help you find results with just one session a week. We’ve also had clients work with us six days per week. The freedom is yours!
Do you offer nutrition plans?
Home Performance Fitness uses the latest 3D Imaging technology to scan your body. With this scan, we can determine caloric expenditure, recommended macronutrient levels, track your progress, and give you a timeline for you to reach your goals! Learn more about our 3D Body Scans!
When can I expect results?
Many clients start to see results in 4 to 6 weeks, most feel a difference in strength and mood in just 2 weeks. Your body will adapt quickly if you are consistent and have good nutrition!
How long should I do personal training for?
That’s up to you, your budget, and even your goals. Some clients work with us short-term to prepare for a big event, seeing us for just a few weeks. Other clients workout with us for years!
Can couples train at HPF together?
Yes! We offer two-on-one sessions where you and your partner, sibling, or parent can workout together at Home Performance Fitness. You’ll work on different exercises at the same time.
What are your personal training clients like?
Our clients come from all walks of life! We work with teenage athletes, middle-aged business owners, and retired seniors.
